Training

Training is an integral part of organisational growth and a key factor in reducing risk and increasing safety and efficiency. We believe that a well-trained individual can grow with an organisation and become a valuable asset over time and therefore see training as an investment into our employees’ future and our company culture.

We provide several NQF (National Qualifications Framework) aligned training courses which combine the core functions and responsibilities of our employees on site together with legislative requirements of SANS 10085 and OHSA. The courses consist of theoretical and practical evaluations, and are presented by our highly experienced and knowledgeable training staff, all with well-structured courses that ensure delegates are provided with a platform for growth.

Top Fix is fully CETA (Construction Education and Training Authority) accredited and we value the need to continually improve and monitor the effectiveness of our training modules.
