Top Fix has developed and implemented an Integrated Management system (IMS) which follows a top-down risk minimisation approach in all our business disciplines. Our IMS adheres to the following ISO standards:
- ISO 45001: 2018 – Health and Safety (Certified)
- ISO 14001 – Environmental
- ISO 31000 – Integrated Risk
- ISO 9001: 2015 – Quality (Certified)
Top Fix adheres to the South African National Standards (SANS) Code of Practice: SANS 10085 for Access Scaffolding and has achieved a 4 star grading based on OHSAS 18001.
Supervisors are trained on the Department of Labour recognised training course “Scaffold Safety and Inspection” which complies with the SANS requirements and all scaffolding personnel are fully trained through the Top Fix training centre.
Top Fix has set new benchmarks in Southern Africa regarding the safe use and erection of access scaffolding. Our growth and success is largely brought about by well established, internationally recognized procedures and OHSACT compliant applications on site.
