One of the biggest challenges in the corrosion protection process is to ensure that each material surface is prepared correctly. Abrasive (sand) blasting removes all the previous grit, dirt, and paint to create the correct material profile which ensures that each surface is scientifically prepared so that the coating layer can be correctly applied for a longer lasting and more reliable finish.

Our team of specialised applicators are able to coat and prepare any type of surface with our sand blasting, abrasive blasting and painting solutions. We have all the necessary equipment for all types of surface preparation and coatings in-house, and our permanent paint crew of over 400 highly skilled personnel includes highly experienced project managers, spray painters, sand blasters, and NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) level 1, 2, and 3 qualified inspectors.
